Early Learning Specialist – (Full-time, 40 Hrs/Wk) – Provides training and consultation to assess and increase the quality of early childhood care and education programs serving diverse children and their families birth-five. Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. At least five years of early childhood program experience including a leadership role. Experience supporting adult learners with strength-based orientation. Knowledge of licensing and quality standards. Willing to travel within region. Current and valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required. Open until filled. Family Coordinator – (Part time – 15 Hrs/Wk) – Provide support to the preschool student and his/her family to help them succeed. The Family Coordinator is responsible for initiating and maintaining regular contact with families aimed at supporting the personal, social, health, education, and economic needs of the family.
