Provides training and consultation on-site and in groups to center and home-based child care programs to increase the quality of care provided to infants and toddlers. Bachelor’s degree in infant and toddler or early childhood education, child development, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. At least two years of infant and toddler (IT) experience; five years preferred. Knowledge of licensing and quality standards. Experience coaching/training adult learners. Significant travel within region and some out-of-state. Able to work from home and office. Current and valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required. Open until filled.
